Return Policy for Perth Apparel:

Yes, it's possible to return your order if you're not satisfied with the items you've received. You have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order contains all original parts, components, and packaging intact.
  2. The product shows normal handling, excluding breakage due to careless handling.
  3. Products requiring hygiene maintenance must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  4. Defective products are identified immediately upon receipt.
  5. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be charged accordingly.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, acknowledgment will be provided within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items suspected of being used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Initiate a Return:

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the returns process:

  • Send an email to: support@perth-apparel.com
  • Include the following details in the email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product (in case of breakage)
    • First name and last name of the customer
    • Customer's address

We will then provide you with the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender; we will supply the correct address once requested. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Cancellation Policy:

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

Cancellation Conditions: The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party, not the carrier, receives or accepts the last goods.

As orders are processed immediately upon placement, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery. Therefore, refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Perth Apparel) by clear declaration (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed upon our receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Record for Shipments in Transit: As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You may inform us in advance about your cancellation.

Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no charges will be incurred for this refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
